Ingredients:
1/2 cup cumin seeds
Bay leaf 6-7
Curry leaves handful of
Black cardamom 7-8
Green cardamom 10-12
Dhaniya powder 1/2 cup
Cinnamon sticks 4-5
Clove 12-15
Black pepper 5-8
Mace 1tbsp
Nutmeg 1
Procedure :
Spreat whole spices in a plate and place under the sunlight for 2-3 days.
Or Roast them properly on iron tawa or pan.
When it's cool down grind to a fine powder and keep aside.
Store in airtight boxes.
You can also refrigerate this spices during Rainy season.
